Step by Step Process...
1. Start Now Evaluate If A Short Sale is Right for Me?
ClickStart Now to fill out this simple questionaire that will assist me in understanding your situation and if a Short Sale is the
right choice for you. There are options available to assist you in your current financial hardship.
2. Consultation
After we review your worksheet we will contact you for a confidential phone consultation. We will review the details of your
situation and discuss how we will proceed with the process. At this time we will electronically send you our Personalized Short
Sale Packet. We will gather information about your mortgage(s) details and permission to communicate with your lender. This
step is necessary to complete prior to getting your home on the market. [Step 2]
3. Time for the Market
Once your personalized Short Sale packet is complete, call our office so we can schedule a pick up of your documents. Our
Field Supervisor will pick up the completed packet, take professional marketing photos, place our sign, and set up your lock
box so we may begin our marketing campaign. Communication lines will be established during this period so we are prepared
and ready to go when an offer is received on your property. [Step 3]
4. Offer Received
Once we have obtained a buyer(s), we will verify their ability to qualify, negotiate the terms of the offer, and confirm that we
have a "committed buyer" by instructing them to open escrow. After escrow has been opened at title, we will prepare/send
your mortgage companies all the necessary paperwork to facilitate the negotiation process. You will beupdated and informed
on the progress at least once every two weeks until your lender initiates your "Agreement Notice" for approval of your Short Sale.

5. Close Escow!
We will facilitate the closing of escrow to make sure everything is handled properly, keeping you informed throughout this process.
