In order to better serve your specific needs please insure you have completed your Online Questionnaire. We will then be able to study and
evaluate your specific situation prior to our phone consultation. After our phone consultation we will proceed with the process by sending you a Personalized Short Sale packet that will specify all the documents you will need for your particular lender for us to submit for your Short Sale.
This packet will also contain an "Authorization to Communicate" document. This document starts the process, allows us contact the bank on
your behalf, while informing them of your intent to Short Sale your property.
- Mortgage Statements
- Last two years tax returns
- Last two years W-2's
- Last two pay stubs
- Most recent bank statements
- Letter of Hardship
In addition to the above items we will have you complete a financial worksheet or profit and loss statement (for self employed). You will
receive an itemized list of all required documents in your personalized short sale packet in order for us to process your short sale.
