During this stage of the process we will keep you informed regarding the property views and feedback we obtain with our Specialized Home Feedback Reports. You will have full access to this information with a designated log-in name and password 24 hours a day 7 days a week. You will be able to view any and all showing responses from the potential buyers. This data will be compiled in to a personalized report that will be submitted with your Short Sale Package. It will provide valuable information & support of your negative equity position and home valuation in this declining real estate market.
All Utilities and HOA fees should be maintained at the property during the listing period. We will also need you to keep us up to date with all current pay stubs & bank statements.
