Through a combined effort of communication, documentation, commitment to do the right thing and utilizing the tools provided through
H.O.P.E.withShortSales launching Project H.O.P.E., we have come to the point of successfully closing escrow on your Short Sale transaction.
Many tasks associated with this final phase of the transaction are very similar to a traditional seller closing with the exception of a few added details. This phase is handled with the attention to detail provided by Administrative Assistant, RoseAnn Patterson, Founder & CEO of Project H.O.P.E., overseeing the finalization of all tasks. A few of the steps associated with the closing process include; detailed follow up on all documents, reviewing all signatures & initials are met, reviewing of the HUD 1 Net Settlement Statement (insuring a perfect match to the "Agreement Notice"), advising you when to disconnect utilities, and finally assisting you in coordinating your signing appointment at title.
